Shipping Methods

Shipping Agreements

JungleSkull.com reserves the right to change shipping amounts at anytime on a product without prior notification of buyers, All buyers are therefore to note that our shipping rates are directly updated by systems controlled by our shipping providers. Our shipping department therefore has no control on shipping rates and cannot give any such credit or discount on shipments unless otherwise stated in any media endorsed by us.

All shipping fees charged to orders are final and cannot be altered. pending orders that stays uncompleted due to partial payment or failure of payment of total amount as shown on order reciept needed to authorize the order for more than one week will be voided. And within this 1 week grace period, if shipping rates goes high or if there are any changes in prices on goods, this will reflect on the total order amount after custommer succesfully creates a new order In the instance where customer makes a partial payment but fails to meet the 1 week grace period given to make full payment for and order, The customer will recieved a full refund equal to the amount paid

All finalized orders confirms that owners of these orders have agreed to this terms and conditions as stated above

All customers who chooses any of the above listed Postal Services as the carrier of thier goods Should expect to pay extra amount to clear thier goods from the customs services where applicable and in accordance to Shipping laws of the Specified State and or Country of Destination this remains the customers sole responsibility. We offer these shipping methods for most items:

For: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES

  • Express Mail --- (1-3 business days excluding weekends)
  • Priority mail --- (2-3 business days excluding weekends)
  • Priority Mail large, small or medium Flat Rate Box ---> (2-3 business days excluding weekends)
  • Parcel Post --- (5-10 business days excluding weekends)
  • Media Mail --- (5-10 business days excluding weekends)

Some items can also be shipped using our E-buyghana Bulk Shipment which is shipped on the 31st day of every mounth and takes (7 to 10 business days) to arrive to buyers address.

The Bulk Shipment logo will appear as a shipping method on the product details page if the item is eligible for this method.

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process).

 

 

Split Shipments

Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments.

The order confirmation e-mail you receive for your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track Your Orders to see if the rest of your order is on its way.

Heavy or Oversize Items

Shipping time: Oversize items will be shipped by a freight company. They will arrive approximately 10 - 15 business days after leaving the warehouse at which point you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping cost: Oversize items have a special shipping cost. You will not see your actual shipping cost during checkout and might recieve a red text error like "There are no shipping options for your order". When this happens, Go ahead and close your order without advancing. Our Shipping Department will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a shipping option with you and let you know how much shipping cost is due for your order. Otherwise if you still don't here from us, Send an email to customerservice@e-buyghana.com describing your situation.

Delivery process: The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Certain items include delivery into your home, but for most freight deliveries, the item will be left at the doorstep if so is stated by you - any additional options, such as home delivery, may require payment of additional fees. We recommend that you have at least one other person available to help you move your item to its final location.

It will be noted in the Shipping & Delivery section on the product details page if an item qualifies for this service.

Before you sign for the delivery, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the process of transit. It is normal for the package to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the package contents, refuse delivery of the order and contact us. Please have your order number available when you cal to enable us provide swift assistance.

Delivery of oversize items is limited to some addresses and might require buyer to travel to the harbour for clearance and transporting to its final location.

 

Perishable Items

Perishable items cannot be returned by mail. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please email the following information to Jungleskull.com at customerservice@e-buyghana.com Please remember to include the following Information.

Order number for the item
Date of arrival
Condition of item at time of arrival
Detailed explanation of the issue

Shipping to a Different Address

You can keep multiple addresses in your account so that you can ship packages to your home, to work or to someone else. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient.

During checkout, when you get to the Select Shipping Options page, click Change Address to add a new destination to your Address Book. Each time you check out, you can simply choose from your stored addresses.

 

 

Types of Email Confirmations

1. Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by Paypal, and your Payment was approved, this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the payment needs to be made or failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment. Otherwise If you paid by Credit Card, You will recieve a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been recieved. then another email with the payment instructions on how to complete a Direct bank transfer or deposit payment. Once this is confirmed a shipment confirmation email will be sent.

2. Shipment Email
You will receive an email to notify you when your order ships. This email will include an estimated arrival date. If the order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per package. This email will also include a Shipment tracking number which will help you track your order online without any hassle.

Please save these emails for your records.

 

Shipping to Your Workplace

We recommend using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits:

  • Convenience: you won't need to be at home to accept a delivery, nor will you need to retrieve your package from the carrier's location if a delivery exception occurs
  • Privacy: helps keep gifts a secret
  • Security: packages won't be left unattended
  • Safety: packages won't be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets
  • Time savings: receive packages directly and personally
  • Positive environmental impact: carriers are delivering to your office anyway ? this saves them from driving to your home as well

Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.
